On November 8, JinkoSolarIt was announced that JinkoSolar’s N-type TOPCon large-area photovoltaic modules have a maximum conversion efficiency of 24.76%, certified by TUV SÜD, breaking the global module efficiency record so far certified by a third-party authority.
In addition, JinkoSolar ’s perovskite stacked cells based on N-type TOPConR&D has also made breakthroughs. Tested by the Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, its conversion efficiency reached 32.33%.
Previously, JinkoSolarIt was also announced that its 182 N-type TOPCon cells were tested by the National Photovoltaic Industry Measurement and Testing Center, and the conversion efficiency reached 26.89%, setting a new efficiency record for large-area N-type TOPCon cells of 182 and above.
